What’s Included in the Package

Designed with both performance and flexibility in mind, piping packages include the following key components:

• Line Sizes: Lines sizes of 0.5-, 0.75- and 1-inch are available to suit a range of system capacities.
• Balancing Valves: Balancing valves allow precise flow control by setting design-day fluid flow rates through the water coil. We offer two types of balancing valves: automatic and manual.
• Temperature Control Valves (TCVs): TCVs have three different control options: on/off, modulating and floating point. TCVs modulate fluid flow to maintain thermal comfort based on a signal from a thermostat or building automation system. These valves are mounted in the factory, or a copper placeholder can be provided for field-installed TCVs.
• Combination Y-Strainer Valve: This valve helps strain the fluid to remove sediment and includes a union, isolation valve, air vents and P/T ports.
• End Connections: We offer sweat, male NPT and flex-hose end connections.

Each assembly is engineered for efficient field installation, with every component tested and inspected to ensure optimal performance.
