Accessing Price Revit Content Is Now Easier Than Ever
To help simplify the design process for engineers and architects, Price has invested in supporting the way these designers already work. Many engineers and architects are now designing using Autodesk Revit software. The Price GRD group has added more than 80 revamped Revit families to BIMobject.com and more than 70 Revit families to HIVE by CTC Software for grilles and diffusers, providing users with easy access to the Price models and data they need to complete their designs. Price Revit files continue to be available on priceindustries.com.
What Are Building Information Modeling (BIM) Databases?
BIMobject and HIVE are two of the preferred global databases for architects and engineers to access digital product information and design inspiration when designing construction projects. In these databases of BIM objects, users can find and download Revit models and other files – often for free – to help them design, simulate and visualize a space.
How Do Engineers and Architects Benefit?
Price is showing up where engineers and architects already work to simplify and elevate their workflow. BIMobject and HIVE often serve as a one-stop shop for all the Revit 3D objects a user needs to complete a project, from sliding doors to water-treatment systems to linear slot diffusers. By adding Price grille and diffuser content to BIMobject and HIVE, Price is ensuring users have convenient and easy access to the product information they need to support their project designs.

Plus, content for legacy products has been newly updated to align with current engineering standards, so users can have confidence in the accuracy of the dimensions, specifications and performance of these products.
How Can Designers Get Started?
BIMobject users can follow the Price Industries page at www.bimobject.com/en-ca/price-industries to get notified of new and updated product content, and HIVE users view and add Price Industries products to their Revit project.
Over the coming months, Price will expand the offering across these databases and add several Price Grilles and Diffusers families to the MEP Productivity Pack by CTC Software.

And for more software support for Revit users, Price offers two free Revit plugins. The Price Revit Toolkit directly connects users to Price’s continually growing suite of products and competitor cross-reference tool, streamlining working with Price products within Autodesk Revit projects.
